The felt that we use for this burmese anna jumper is smooth and warm. We love this style because it is high waisted and has a fluted skirt shape that is especially flattering. It features a high neckband and a large black rose applique at the front. This shape is great with narrow silhouettes and is long enough to treat as a tunic.
