Orders placed between Monday - Friday before 2pm AWST will be shipped within 2 working days.
Please allow 2-7 working days for processing during sales events.
We're a small team of busy people and naturally we make the occasional mistake.
If we have made a mistake with your order please contact our friendly team at shop@megansalmon.com.au to resolve the issue.
You will be sent a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped. This allows you to track the status of your order and the progress of its delivery.
All our domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. International orders are through DHL Express.
If you have not received your tracking details or need assistance with your online order please contact our customer care team at shop@megansalmon.com.au

If you have purchased using the 'home try on' option please complete the text message prompts given to you by the Try With Mirra system.
Once completed, you will receive a return label from us to post your items back.
After placing an order, you will not see the rewards points in your account until the order has been shipped/or marked as fulfilled.
Please note that birthday points are issued on your birthday not when you enter the information.
