How long will it take to process my order?
Orders placed between Mon-Fri before 2pm AEST will be shipped within 2 working days.
Please allow 2-5 days for processing during sales events. We will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
What do I do if I need to cancel or change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone our studio phone on 0406 866 459. If your order has already been sent to you and you wish to change or cancel, get in touch and we will discuss with you how best to proceed for your specific case. Please take your time whilst choosing your purchase and place your order carefully at the checkout.
What do I do if I receive incorrect items in my order?
We are a small team of busy people and naturally we make the occasional mistake. If we have made a mistake with your order please contact our friendly online team at email@example.com and they will assist you.
How do I return my order?

How can I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track your order's status and the progress of your delivery. All our domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post, international orders are DHL Express. If you have not received your tracking details or need assistance with your online order please contact our customer care team at email@example.com.
Special request? Item not in your size?
It is always worth getting in touch if you have a special request, if you are struggling with sizing/fit, are pining over an out of stock item or have a special event coming up. We love to be able to help with as many wonderful and unusual situations as we can. Why weren't my rewards points added to my account?
When an order is placed you will not see the rewards shown in your account until you order has been shipped/marked as fulfilled.
Please note that Birthday points are issued on your birthday not when you enter the information.
