Behind the design
Constructed in this summers original MS designed Marigold Chintz fabric. Megan has faithfully recreated the worn feel of an historical fragment of cloth by keeping the design soft in tone and contrast. The print for Marigold chintz was born out of looking at historical chintz designs which make reference to our ties to India through the ocean.
Designed in Fremantle Western Australia & made responsibly in Southeast Asia
A classic wardrobe staple which has been honoured in this Megan Salmon version of the Shift dress. Using an original fabric print for Summer 23 Megan has faithfully recreated the worn feel of an historical fragment of cloth by keeping the design soft in tone and contrast, effectively creating a timeless essence.
