The damask roses shift dress is a straight dress that finishes at the knee. It is designed to sit loosely down the body in a neat fashion with only darts at the back to give it a slightly more contoured shape. This shape comes from the sixties and is a favourite for under coats and jackets. You can very successfully wear a dress like this as a tunic with blouses underneath.

This dress is a great base for layering and for dressing up or down.

Damask Rose

Big cabbage roses printed onto damask cotton always evoke historical references for Megan. This print is an homage to designs like this and to take it a step further Megan has overdyed the print to knock back the contrast and make it feel vintage like your grandmas furnishings.
