Behind the design

The eden enigma dress is made from linen that has been digitally printed with our beautiful Eden design. It is very similar to our best selling vee romance dress but it has contrast printed trim at the waist and sleeve cuff. This featured trim draws attention to the gorgeous shape of this dress which is designed to be worn loosely. The low vee neck is very attractive on women with more shape in the bust. The trim at the cuff is pleated so kicks out a little in an extremely feminine way. The dress has side pockets which have been sewn down at the front so as to not add any bulk to the the hips. The hemline of this a-line skirt is given a bell shape through the use of darts strategically placed. We see this dress as a day dress or an event dress and it will be very beautiful with all of its print peeking out from under cardigans, jackets or coats. It can also be layered with shirts or blouses underneath.

Eden

Reconstructing old fragments of chintz fabric has become a love of Megan's. She cleverly takes historical imagery of flowers and leaves and creates a new print retaining the antiquated qualities of the textile. She has produced a garden of Eden.
