Our houndstooth pencil skirt has great black and white graphic appeal and will look fabulous back with black or some of our bright colours this winter! This fabric has been especially milled for Megan with elastane to be super firm and stretchy. You are going to love this cloth! The pencil skirt is an elegant shape with an elasticized waist so it's really comfy to wear. It is super streamlined so will be wonderful with big jumpers or tops for a narrow silhouette. Megan has played with scale here with the different sized houndstooth checks in the range so we encourage you to mix up your houndstooth fabrics for and edgy look!

Behind the design

Houndstooth

This print represents Megan's interpretation of the classic houndstooth weave. Originating in Scotland and worn since the 1880s by shepherds. Known for its durability and sophisticated weave, it has become a symbol of high-end tailoring and fashion.

The houndstooth fabric is a woven rayon blend with plenty of stretch! We suggest you style this skirt with either our captains jacket or coda jacket for a smart a sleek look.

Orders placed between Mon-Fri before 2pm AEST will be shipped within 2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this please check your junk or get in touch by emailing our team at shop@megansalmon.com.au. We offer refund or exchange up to 28 days after purchase, requiring the garments to be in the same condition as when they left our store. Tags must be attached, and the items cannot have been washed, worn or damaged.
