Behind the design
The fabric has a silky, light weight feel ideal for layering or worn on it's own. The louie story has a regal essence to it featuring florals and butterflies within the fabric weave, this method of fabric construction is known as jacquard. The jacquard in the cupro results in a luxurious drape floating over the body.
The louie constance dress is romantic and elegant. The fabric skims the body with a silky light weight feel. Designed with a yoke to give gentle shaping at the waist and beautiful romantic gathered sleeves that start from the cap of the sleeve. This dress buttons through the centre front to the hemline so you can also wear this dress open as a dress coat. It has a loose fit bodice from which an a-lined skirt that finishes with a bell hemline cascades.
