behind the design
Drawing on a love of folk history and inspiration from Russian and Italian embroidery traditions, Megan uses the digital print process to recreate the rich, hand-stitched look of needlework. Tarantella captures that tactile, embroidered quality in the vivid poppies and cornflowers rendered with thread-like texture against a teal ground.
