The felt that we use for this style is smooth and warm. We love the anna jumper because it is high waisted and has a fluted skirt shape that is especially flattering. It features a high neckband and a wooden beaded feature at the high waistline at the front only. This shape is great with narrow silhouettes and is long enough to treat as a tunic.
