Named after Marilyn Monroe, this skirt is a sexy narrow pencil skirt that is made to fit comfortably with a slightly elasticated waist that just gives you the ease you need to look amazing but to be able to sit, eat lunch and enjoy life generally! We have used this beautiful printed linen with our turtle design and it makes the skirt an excellent choice for adding richness to your wardrobe. It acts like a neutral design but gives you the edge of exotic cloth.

The repeated motif that Megan has used from middle eastern iconography to produce this design resembles the shell pattern of a turtle.

This design is inspired by an exotic silk carpet that Megan captured in Uzbekistan. By intricately repeating the motif and simplifying the colors to a monochrome palette, the pattern gradually transformed, evoking the appearance of a turtle's shell.

Designed in Fremantle, Western Australia & made responsibly in Southeast Asia.

 

 

Orders placed between Mon-Fri before 2pm AEST will be shipped within 2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. We offer refund or exchange up to 28 days after purchase, requiring the garments to be in the same condition as when they left our store. Tags must be attached, and the items cannot have been washed, worn or damaged.
