Returns & Refunds
We understand when purchasing online that you may need to change the size or style that you ordered.
We offer refund, credit note or exchange up to 28 days after purchase of full price items, requiring the garments to be in the same condition as when they left our store. Tags must be attached, and the items cannot have been washed, worn or damaged.
*For hygiene purposes we are unable to accept lipstick returns if the product has been opened, used or seal has been broken.
Sale items are eligible for credit note or exchange up to 28 days after purchase only.

Please ensure that you include your original paperwork with your order, with instructions on what item you are concerned with, why and whether you would like to exchange or refund.

Sales Events
Please note that there will no refunds for items purchased during sale events unless stipulated on advertisement. Store credits and exchanges will be available instead.
Special Orders:
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange orders that have been placed upon special request. These are usually custom sized so are not able to be resold by us. Please ensure that when you are placing a customer/special order that you have provided the correct information and sizing.
