Description

The clover monastic coat is made from our digitally printed powernet mesh. This style is a beautiful shape for wearing as a long shirt, a dress or open as a coat. The mandarin collar is especially elegant and the center front button through cascades down to a loose box pleated skirt. the added width at the hemline makes it a great shape for narrow silouetes worn underneath. The fact that it is a soft and sheer stretch mesh makes this garment ideal for special occasions. Wear casually with jeans or narrow pants.

behind the design

Megan came across this floral motif and started playing with it, reducing it to a simplified form and repeating it in a rhythmical and organic way. She then layered a gorgeous green wash over it. The finished design is reminiscent of clover in grass.
