The ponti merchant coat is a coat we have done for years and it is a firm favourite. The merchant coat has a full length sleeve with a high standing collar. It is cut with a flattering a-line shape and has big circular patch pockets as well as shoulder patches that give the coat a distinctive look. It is stretchy and firm and usually is very neat in size. We like to wear this coat with very little under it as it has a great look done up as a coat dress so if you would like to wear it as a coat we suggest you buy a size up to give yourself more room for clothes underneath.
