Megan Salmon is an Australian fashion label that celebrates inventive and timeless fashion.

Megan, our creative director and head designer, creates unique garments from carefully chosen fabrics and textiles of her own design that are often enhanced through hand-dyed techniques or hand embroidery. Consistent in beauty and quality, we are renowned for crafting superbly made garments for contemporary women of every age and size.

About Us

Meet Megan

Originally trained as a painter, Megan has been creating beautiful fashion from her Fremantle studio for over 20 years.

Her fashion career began at Desert Designs, the legendary label that worked with the paintings of celebrated Australian Aboriginal artist Jimmy Pike. Initially engaged to create fabric repeats, she later returned as a designer of the label's fashion ranges. Megan was also one half of the WA cult SpppsssP, a label of manipulated, handmade, limited-run pieces that rode the post-punk aesthetic of industry-meets-romance.

Before that, Megan's creative life began as a painter and fine art graduate. She became well-known as an expressionist artist and superb drawer, her work was acquired by several state and public collections, including the Art Gallery of Western Australia and Janet Holmes a Court Gallery.
