The denim swing coat is a short jacket coat that has lots of room in it. It has a shaped hemline that gives it extra length at the back and it is double breasted. We love a double breasted coat because not only do we have a double layer in front for warmth, when we wear it open the coat swings very large and handkerchief like creating a very architectural look. The lapel collar of this coat is very flat and large and is a spectacular feature against polo neck jumpers or crew necks. It has very large cuffs that feature buttons. These cuffs are great for keeping our hands warm in the winter. The jacket features wooden coconut buttons that have been hand dyed black. These details make the coat so distinctive and next level when it comes to designerwear.
Denim especially denim with stretch like this one, is such a versatile fabric. So good for pants and jackets but also great for unexpected choices like dresses. The black charcoal denim has a clean smooth feel of a denim that has just been machined. Megan loves the new, straight off the shelf feeling it has and decided to create a number of styles that could be utilised for work or play. She has added contrasting natural coloured hand stitching in strategic places on many of the denim styles. 97% COTTON 3% SP
